These Terms govern your use of this website and its videos (the "Service"), operated by Andy Jones ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Parody and entertainment

The Service is a comedic parody. Every host, reporter and player character is fictional. Names, likenesses, voices and personalities are invented or exaggerated for satire and are not real people, and no character's words should be attributed to any real person. Any resemblance to real persons is for parody and commentary. Shows are bleeped by default. Where an uncensored version is offered, it has strong language and is only for viewers 18 or older; by switching it on you confirm you are.

2. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by the National Hockey League, any NHL team, the NHL Players' Association, any broadcaster, or any of their personnel. Team and league names are used only to identify which games we discuss. All trademarks belong to their owners. Sponsors shown in our videos are fictional.

3. AI-generated content; accuracy

Scripts, voices and animation are produced with automated and artificial-intelligence tools. Statistics, injury reports and news are drawn from public sources and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. The Service is provided for entertainment and is not a source of record.

4. Not betting or financial advice

Predictions, picks and opinions in the Service are comedy. They are not betting, wagering, gaming or financial advice, and must not be relied on for any wager or decision.

5. Tips

Optional tips ("buy the crew a beer") are voluntary gifts processed by a third-party platform under its own terms. Tips are non-refundable, buy no goods, services, access or influence, and are not charitable donations or tax-deductible.

6. Acceptable use

Personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of links is welcome. Do not scrape, mass-download, re-host, or sell our videos; attempt to disrupt the Service; or use it unlawfully. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Comments

Be civil. No slurs, harassment, threats, spam or links, and nothing unlawful or that isn't yours to share. Comments with links wait for review, and others' reports can take a comment down until we check it. We may hold, hide or remove any comment or suggestion at any time, without notice. You're responsible for what you post, and by posting you let us show it on the Service.

8. Our content

The characters, artwork, scripts, videos and site design are owned by Andy Jones or its licensors. Third-party facts and headlines remain with their sources, which we credit and link.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANDY JONES AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS OR US $50.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
